  • How much is the driver delivery fee?
    $5.99 per restaurant no matter how many meals are ordered.
  • What is the Minimum order?
    $20.00 food minimum is required for delivery. Food minimum requirements WILL increase the further you are from a restaurant.

  • How long does it take for delivery?
    About an hour depending on traffic, weather, etc.
  • What payments do you accept?
    We accept CASH, BUSINESS CHECKS, CORPORATE BILLING ACCOUNTS and CREDIT CARDS ONLY! Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit Card and picture I.D. must be present upon delivery.
  • Is there a service fee?
    Yes, all orders will include a small service fee
  • Can I order from a restaurant outside of my delivery zone?
    Yes. Larger orders that are placed in advance may be ordered from restaurants outside the delivery area. Call us at 1.800.951.3663 (Food) and ask your FTY customer service representative for details.
  • Will you confirm my online order by phone?
    Only first time customers and ALL hotel orders must be confirmed by a Food To You customer service representative before your delivery is processed! Repeat customers only need to POINT, CLICK and EAT. Your order is on the way!
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant...sorry!
  • Is gratuity for the driver included in my order?
    Yes. A 15% gratuity is added to your order for your mobile waiter.
  • Do you offer delivery of breakfast and weekend lunch orders?
    Yes. However, we require one day advance notice and a $75.00 food minimum for these off hour deliveries. Call 1.800.951.3663 (Food) for details.
